A stellar steel sahlute this Saturday!!

Lookie…..lookie, at this fine piece of American made and used history!!

Based on the tang stamp this knife dates from 1936 – 1952.

 Look at the jigged bone……Amazing!

NOT being a knife expert………………….I wanted to inform you that others have thought this knife to be:
* from World War II era
* Army Corps Pilot knife
* Rogers bone, aka Rogers stag (see this link: http://www.knife-expert.com/bonehand.txt )

This post is mainly for reference….hoping other knife collector's can find the pics useful for identification.

Imagine what this knife has accomplished……..imagine!

Staggering steel sahlute to this pocket Knife!
